Some camp grounds I can make bookings and organise payment for you

I will contact you with confirmation of your tent booking and to discuss your needs
TO SECURE YOUR TENT BOOKING
After our discussion I will send you an invoice with All Inclusions and Payment Total
A DEPOSIT of $150 TO BE PAID PER TENT within 24 hours of receiving your invoice secures your booking. Or Pay in Full.
The remainder payable in full 2 weeks prior to your glamp
Your booking for the chosen dates is not secure until a deposit is paid.
YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE HIRE CONTRACT
You are advised to read the invoice and all that is included prior to your bookng and advise us of any changes needed to be made.
It is a binded agreement on receipt of your invoice from GlampInn and full payment made that what is provided, as in ALL INCLUSONS being read and accepted as the final contract for hiring all items included.
GlampInn holds no responsibility thereafter for any items not included on the invoice.
GROUP, WEDDING & RETREAT BOOKINGS If you are requesting all Glamp Inn tents to be on hold for your event, a $100 Holding Deposit for each tent is required.
As we know, things can change day to day, we are happy to re-negotiate your booking 1 month prior if needed.
WEDDINGS Guests paying for their own accommodation. We will create an Event on this website and provide you with a link to share with your guests on your invitation. They can make their own booking through this platform directly with us.
It is requested that either a Holding Deposit of $150 is paid upon receiving invoice and final payment due 2 weeks prior to the wedding or Pay in Full.
Please notify us if you decide not to keep your booking no later than 1 month prior to the booked dates.
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND of $150 per Tent. This is fully refundable after packdown if there is no damage or loss to Glamp Inn propoerty hired by you.
If damage or loss occurs beyond this amount the need to replace or clean the item will be paid in full by you, the hirer.
PAYMENT by Direct Deposit or Credit Card
A REFUND Less 20% handling fee for Glamp Inn tent hire will be made if cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event.
NO REFUND AFTER THIS AND UP TO THE TIME OF BOOKING OR THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE STAY
POSTPONEMENTS
GlampInn reserves the right to decide if the weather is inclement that a call to postpone a camp setup be made.
This is in the best interest of you first and foremost.
I keep a watchful eye on the weather map and will maintain contact with you in the days leading up to your booked camp.
If a call needs to be made to postpone your booking we will discuss your options to move your camp to an available date.
Equally, if the weather turns wild while on camp......contact me and arrange your departure.
CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF SITE HIRE may be different to Glamp Inns policy. Please be aware of site /camp ground hire policy on refunds etc.
LONG WEEKEND BOOKINGS minimum bookings over a Long Weekend is 3 Nights
SPACE NEEDED TO SETUP TENTS
Ideally for a Bell Tent we require 7x 7mtrs all around for tent and guy ropes
Where ever we are to setup a tent, we endeavor to pitch the tent on the flatest ground available.
TRAVELLING TO DESTINATIONS
Travelling to your destination up to an hour from Newcastle is included in the price.
Beyond this there is a $50 charge pro rata per hour.
HOUSEKEEPING & CARE OF TENTS
We ask that you respect our tents as if they were your own. Basically leaving it as you found it. Although leaving your beds unmade on departure is absolutely fine.
If you stayed in The Bells n Whistles please leave The Kitchen tidy and all dishes etc clean.
NO SMOKING inside the tents.
NO NAKED FLAMES inside the tents and fires outside to be a safe distance from the tents ie no closer than 4mtrs.
NO PETS inside the tents.
